We recommend this service to buyers who place a high priority on vehicle quality and reliability. Many of our customers choose this option when sourcing higher-value vehicles or older models where condition can vary significantly. This is a hands-on service that includes professional inspection and careful evaluation of vehicles before purchase. In many cases, the service pays for itself by helping customers avoid vehicles with hidden issues that could lead to costly repairs.

The service can be broken down into 4 steps:

If scheduling and time zones allow, we can arrange a phone call or video meeting to discuss the details of your request.

2. Place a Deposit to Begin the Search

We require a deposit of 50% of the projected budget (¥200,000 of which is non-refundable) via wire transfer to begin the search. This deposit enables us to bid for and purchase a vehicle on your behalf. Once a vehicle is successfully purchased, your deposit will be deducted from the final total.

3. The Search

During the search process, we will communicate with you via email, sending photos and detailed information about vehicles available through dealerships and auctions. Together, we narrow down the best options for inspection. On the inspection day, we carefully evaluate the selected vehicle and provide detailed photos and videos for your consideration. If you decide to proceed with the purchase, we only require your confirmation of a maximum bid or purchase approval. Note: the time between inspection and bidding can sometimes be limited, so prompt confirmation may be necessary. If we are successful in securing the vehicle, the final all-inclusive price will be calculated and an invoice will be emailed to you. Full payment is expected within one week of receiving the invoice. If the vehicle is not secured, the search process simply continues until the right vehicle is found.

4. Shipment / Storage

For vehicles available for export at the time of purchase, we arrange shipping and export documentation immediately. Depending on the shipping schedule, the vehicle may not depart right away. Please allow approximately 2–3 months from full payment for delivery to your nearest port. For vehicles not yet ready for export, we offer secure indoor storage until they are ready for shipment.
